Accounts Receivable Clerk

Our regulatory client is seeking an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Clerk to join their team for a 6-month opportunity, located in downtown Toronto. The A/R Clerk will be responsible for: providing financial support and information to employees and stakeholders; assisting in the maintenance and clean-up tasks within their accounting software; verifying credit card transactions; and supporting with balancing and reconciling daily transactions.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of accounting/finance experience. You must also have strong technical skills with a proficiency using MS Excel and SharePoint, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional manner. In addition, our client is seeking a flexible candidate who can adapt quickly to new environments while problem solving and working autonomously.
