Executive Administrator

Our public sector client is currently seeking an Executive Administrator for an interim opportunity located in downtown Toronto. In this role, the successful candidate will be providing direct support to high level executives within a fast-paced environment. These responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling/coordinating meetings and all appropriate materials, acting on behalf of the Executive in coordinating administrative processes, independently manage email correspondence, coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.

Are you the right person for this role?

· Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant;

· You have 5+ years of experience providing executive support to C-Suite Executives;

· You have the ability to work autonomously and function effectively in a team environment;

· You have superior writing and organizational skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills;

· You are a skilled multi-tasker; picking up and dropping tasks on a moment’s notice doesn’t fluster you.

· You have an advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite.
