Our public sector client is looking for a skilled and self-motivated Executive Assistant for an interim opportunity located in downtown Toronto! This is a 2 month interim assignment within a fast-paced government office.
In this role you will be responsible for extensive calendar management as well as booking and coordinating meetings for senior level executives. We are looking for a highly organized candidate who has excellent communication skills in order to liaise with both senior level employees as well as internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate should have 5+ years of experience providing executive support and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in order to meet tight deadlines.
