HR Associates is a leader in public sector interim staffing and human resources consulting. Our Interim Staffing Division provides senior level and specialized interim professionals to our clients in the public and non-profit organizations.
We are currently looking for experienced HR Consultants who are open to working on short and long-term projects with our various clients in the greater Toronto area.
In these roles you will be expected to provide strategic HR recommendations and support the clients’ long and short-term HR goals. The incumbent will be providing advice and help to implement various HR initiatives.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience;
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources;
- Previous experience as HR Director, HR Business Partner, or HR Executive an asset
- Labour relations experience an asset
