HR Associates is a leader in public sector interim staffing and human resources consulting.  Our Interim Staffing Division supports clients across the province in hiring administrative, professional and executive talent in such areas as administrative support, program management, health care, communications, human resources, finance, information technology and policy development.

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a 3 to 6 month interim assignment with our client located in Vaughan.

In this role you will provide support and advice in the key areas of Human Resources including: recruitment, job evaluation, training, performance planning and compensation programs.


  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related discipline;
  • 3-5 years of experience working as an HR Generalist;
  • Generalist experience in service, manufacturing or production is preferred;
  • Experience with a multi jurisdiction employer is considered an asset;
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of Technology Services, Operations and Sales is required;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to adapt to new software;
