HR Associates is a leader in public sector interim staffing and human resources consulting.  Our Interim Staffing Division provides senior level and specialized interim professionals to our clients in the public and non-profit organizations.

Are you an HR Advisor interested in working short and long-term projects with our various clients in the Ontario Public Sector?

If so, please apply to be considered for our roster of HR Advisors available to work interim roles in the Greater Toronto Area. In these roles you will be responsible for recruitment, labour relations, health and safety issues, employee engagement, and providing HR advice and recommendations to the client. This is a great way to gain further experience and exposure working with reputable non-profit and public sector organizations.


  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience;
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources;
  • Possess or working towards a CHRP designation is considered an asset;
  • Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HR Administrator
