Interim Workforce Planner

HR Associates is a leader in public sector interim staffing and human resources consulting.  Our Interim Staffing Division supports clients across the province in hiring administrative, professional and executive talent in such areas as administrative support, program management, health care, communications, human resources, finance, information technology and policy development.

We are currently seeking an experienced Workforce Planner for a (5) five month interim assignment with our health sector client.

In this role you will provide expert support and consultation in the key areas of Human Resources including Employee and Labour Relations, performance management, and Data Analytics. You will be a key player in facilitating the workforce planning process including strategic human capital planning, succession planning and identifying developmental planning needs of the client group.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related discipline;
  • 5+ years of experience working in a unionized environment providing support to clients on strategic HR initiatives;
  • Experience in workforce planning, change management, performance management, attendance management, succession planning and leadership development;
  • Strong ability to analyze various forms of data, synthesize information and anticipate future needs;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to adapt to new software;
