HR Associates is a leader in public sector interim staffing and human resources consulting.  Our Interim Staffing Division provides senior level and specialized interim professionals to our clients in the public and non-profit organizations.

Learning & Development Coordinator

We are currently seeking an interim Learning & Development Coordinator to join our health client. If you are interested in working with the broader public sector to make a meaningful impact on the community, please apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching across the organization for routine programs to build individual and team performance improvement;
  • Implement learning and development strategies within the organization;
  • Research necessary tools and vendors to allow for successful training programs;
  • Facilitate training sessions for front-line staff;
  • Manage all content for the L&D websites

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience;
  • An undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • Possess or working towards a CHRP designation is considered an asset;
  • Strong knowledge in adult education principles and practices;
  • Prior experience leading or facilitating teams;
  • Comfortable using and troubleshooting audio/visual equipment
