Policy Consultant

Job Description

HR Associates is a leader in public sector interim staffing and human resources consulting. Our Interim Staffing Division provides senior level and specialized interim professionals to our clients in the public and non-profit organizations.


We are currently looking for experienced Policy Consultants who are open to working on short and long-term projects with our various clients in the greater Toronto area.


These roles involve tracking and developing key policies, interpreting complex legislation, and implementing performance measurement frameworks.




  • A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated work experience as a Senior Policy Advisor or Consultant;
  • Knowledge of program and policy development principles and government decision-making processes;
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field an asset
