HR Associates is a leader in public sector interim staffing and human resources consulting. Our Interim Staffing Division provides senior level and specialized interim professionals to our clients in the public and non-profit organizations.
We are currently looking for experienced Policy Consultants who are open to working on short and long-term projects with our various clients in the greater Toronto area.
These roles involve tracking and developing key policies, interpreting complex legislation, and implementing performance measurement frameworks.
- A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated work experience as a Senior Policy Advisor or Consultant;
- Knowledge of program and policy development principles and government decision-making processes;
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field an asset
- Pay range: $50-70/hr;
- Positions located close to public transit;
- Work and gain exposure in the Ontario Government;
