Program Assistant

Our public sector client is looking to hire a Program Assistant for an interim opportunity located in downtown Toronto. As a Program Assistant, you provide customer service and administration support to the program delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders, responding to program related inquiries, supporting with events and training sessions and all required items for program delivery which include securing venues, bookings and procurement.

Are you the right person for this role?

  • You have a post secondary degree/diploma in Office Administration;
  • You have 1-2 years of previous experience in a relevant field;
  • You are self-directed and have strong ability to prioritize tasks and duties to meet strict deadlines with an efficient attention to accuracy;
  • You are able to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional manner, using your interpersonal skills to liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
