We maintain a roster of Interim Professionals that are highly experienced and available at a moment’s notice for short term specialized needs. Under our current Vendor of Record agreements we have regular requirements for the following roles:
Responsible for hands-on project co-ordination and support services. Assist the Project Manager in developing project schedule, identifying project’s critical path and implementing and managing administrative tasks, reporting systems and collaboration with stakeholders.
Responsible to lead project teams and assume day-to-day coordination, planning, management and control of projects. Will also be required to provide project executives with regular status and progress reports and may be responsible for project staffing, budgeting, scheduling and monitoring.
Project Management Advisor/Specialist
Required to provide project management principles, standards, methodology, processes, techniques advice and guidance to project management leaders and staff. May also provide advice and guidance on project governance, project “health-checks”, project start-up, the establishment of PMO’s and the OPS Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Framework.
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
Knowledgeable with fourth edition of the PMBOK Guide
Knowledge of OPS Integrated Project Management Framework and Methodology
Knowledge of OPS Project Portfolio Management Framework
