Our Recruitment Services Division supports clients across the province in hiring administrative, professional and executive talent in such areas as administrative support, program management, health care, communications, human resources, finance, policy development, etc.
Our team is growing! We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to build a strong talent pipeline for retained search and large-scale recruitment initiatives.
You will assist in the development and implementation of all sourcing related activities geared towards generating quality leads and attracting top talent for our clients. Your day will be focused on conducting market research to develop sourcing campaigns/strategies; carrying out creative sourcing activities to find alternative pool of candidates; sourcing candidates through a variety of mediums (social media, internal networks and databases, job boards, etc.); connecting with potential candidates to gage interest and initiate contact with both passive and active candidates; and screening resumes and conducting pre-screening interviews to assess suitability.
To qualify and be successful in this role you must have excellent communication and research skills along with the creativity and persistence to identify and secure the most talented individuals. You should also have experience using social media as a tool for research and promotion. Experience in recruitment and human resources are certainly an asset but candidates with related skills and experience will also be considered.
