Our ministry, public sector client is seeking a Clerk to join their team for an interim opportunity, located in London, Ontario. The client is looking for an individual who has excellent customer service and communication skills, is computer savy and able to deal with escalated, vulnerable clients.

• Respond to enquiries from clients, care-givers, health-care professionals, financial institutions, creditors and other stakeholders;
• Provide reception duties, including walk-in clients and over the telephone;
• Perform mail and courier duties including receiving incoming mail/courier, date stamping and adding corresponding file number, prepare outgoing mail/courier;
• Use in-house computer systems to search and edit confidential client information.

• You have a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service, Reception or Clerical experience
• You have strong technical skills with a proficiency using MS Excel
• You have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy skills
• You have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional manner
• You have exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
