Client Services Assistant

Our regulatory body client in the healthcare sector is looking for a Client Services Assistant to support their team for a long-term temporary opportunity, located in downtown Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer service inquiries via email, fax and written correspondence including processing incoming requests and liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Provide support to the registration activities of applicants and members including but not limited to creating and updating existing database information, ensuring support documents are accurate;
  • Process and reconcile payments of all applicant and member fees including refunds and ensuring accurate application of account payments.

Qualifications

  • You have 3+ years of client services and administration experience in a similar environment;
  • You have excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines with an efficient attention to accuracy and detail;
  • You have stellar communication skills, interpersonal skills and relationship management skills and are able to work effectively autonomously and as a member of a team.
